We've touched down in Maryland for the First Ride (review to come) of the new-for-2010 Yamaha YZ450F. There's a number of things to touch on with this new model, which we'll get to soon. We can tell you that the bike is impressive, and radically different — but that's all we'll give you for now. First we thought we'd give you a glimpse at what this track looks like from behind the Pro Tapers.

Awesome lap around Budds, I've always wanted to ride that place. New bike looks good, but what's the price on that thang mang?

Squirt, the air filter is very easy to get to, actually. You'll only have to remove 4 more bolts than before, pull the seat up and it's good to go. We're also told that the filter stays much cleaner than before due to its new position. We can't confirm this because it's very moist here, not much dust in the air. Stay tuned, we'll have a test unit in our hands shortly.

First comment! Ok, Chris, I gotta know how hard it is to get at that air filter. I clean/change mine every ride, so I wanna know if it's going to take me like a lot of extra time to access it. Ok? Thanks...
